Revati Moghe (Chairman)

Ms. Revati Moghe is a Double Graduate in Commerce and Music. Being in the industry for over 25 years, she has developed her niche area in Human Resource Management and end to end Admin Activities. At the dawn of her career in 1984, Revati was among the first few fortunate people to be in the automotive industry and got to make hard sales. The first few Maruti 800s on Pune Streets were sold by Revati.

Moving ahead, Revati joined Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Samstha, (MKSSS), Pune, a 121 year old institute, and gradually took to the important position of Public Relations, Assisting the senior level officers in their various Admin Activities. She was primarily responsible for the correspondence between 62 institutes, parents, students, and external agencies. She has planned and executed over 40 National and International Exhibitions, Conferences and Education Fairs, across India, to build the institutes brand awareness and gather student leads. Revati has even travelled internationally to organize such events.

With an Eye for Art, Revati was actively involved in designing the content and creative for Product Brochures, Newsletters and Intra/Extra Institute Advertizing. She was instrumental in Design, Development and Content Management for the website. She has been particularly active in Fund Raising through various donation programs and managed to bring in international students to the institute. Revati's strongest asset is her correspondence skills, which surfaces while planning events of any scale.

When not working, you will find Revati at some of the well known social group events, either volunteering or participating. She is also a member of various health institutions and assists in Yoga sessions in Pune.

Malhar Moghe (CEO)
Head of Business Development,

Mr. Malhar Moghe is an Engineer in Electronics and Telecommunication. His career began as Technical Design Engineer and a Marketing Executive at Futura Apsol Pvt Ltd, and ever since has never looked back. His journey towards learning the essentials of running a successful business in an Embedded Electronics company started here. Moving ahead, with his exceptional inclination towards software coding, he joined a US based Company, Yardi Software in Automation Testing. Malhar quickly got used to various software methodologies and their efficient coding practices. While continuously getting certified in various technologies, he developed a knack on implementing new ways to improve the existing workflow operations and speeding the execution processes.

Along these years, his love for electronics was kept alive by his father, Mr. Ajay Moghe, a well known person in the electronics fraternity with an experience of over 40 years. Assisting his father in Amanda Electronics for 10 years, Malhar was continuously learning the intricacies of product development and design as per export standards. He was exposed to the many hands on and brain storming sessions on important topics like material selection, PCB designing, keyboard ergonomics, product enclosure designing, new trends in technology, mass and custom product manufacturing at a very young age.

Malhar has been into recreation sports for over 10 years in which hiking and cycling were his favorites. He has been on several long distance endurance expeditions, where he was introduced to high end cycles and their technology. With the technical knowledge, and business skills, Malhar joined AITG Group as a Pan India Sales Head for their Premium Sports Brand, Oroboros. He has played an instrumental role in putting together the foundation blocks and creating a market space among other luxury sports brands in India. Here Malhar took charge of Market Analysis, Market Penetration, single handedly Planned and Executed the Sales Strategies with demographical conditions, aggressively converting Individual Sales Associates, Dealers and Distributors. Within few months of joining, Oroboros had entered four states, with presence in prominent cities like Pune, Nashik, Kolhapur, Satara , Belgavi, Hyderabad, Delhi.

All this while, Malhar got certified in Entrepreneurship Development Program from Symbiosis Institute, and has credits in multiple business modules to help him better plan his work and commitments towards his clients.
